For REAL chai you need to visit www.realchai.com.au and order some online. This is a Canberra business run by a friend of mine and it really is amazingly good. As well as the standard, there is also a chocolate variety. This is no powdered form as the one you tried just now, and it does take longer to prepare than just pouring boiled water into a cup but it is so worth it. NAYY - just a happy customer.
