Grabbing a cone of hot chips doused in hot gravy from Lord Of The Fries has become a Melbourne commuter’s tradition at Flinders Street station- especially when your train is delayed, yet again. As soon as peak hour strikes, there are the hoard of carb cravers who queue up for their daily dosage. My usual is their French Canadian sauce – a tasty combination of hot gravy and shredded cheese.
Resistance is futile!
Mass Burger Taste Test!
You may be aware of their signature Big Mark Burger yes? Well, Lord Of The Fries have decided to celebrate all things Mark by launching a special Mark Sauce to go with their Mark Burger. I actually would go for the French sauce! Hot oozing gravy with cheese.. MmMMmmMMmm
Can’t go past the Putin….mmmmmmmmmmmm
I love the Parisian sauce… ooh ooh la la
The Poutine/French is the pinnacle of indulgence out of all fast food outlets!
My choice everytime!
I love a few of the sauces but these days I can’t go past the French-Canadian sauce. Every time. Way. Too. Yummy.
When I look at the menu all I see is the delicious Thai Golden Satay Sauce, I can’t go past it’s perfection and it’s vegan. Yay! 😀
The Thai sauce – Peanut satay, nomm.
French Canadian is totally the best!
I’m pretty sure the Vietnamese is the greatest thing on the planet.
Can’t resist the African sauce! Simple yet effectively tasty!
Belgian! Yum!
Such a shame I can’t enter your tasty competition. My favorite fries are parmesan truffle fries from Charlie and Co in Sydney. Mind you, anything with cheese is a winner!
French Canadian.
Veggie gravy is amazing.
I’m also a massive sucker for the BBQ sauce on nuggets though.. so tangy. Faux-meat is the best.
Love love love the Thai. Peanutty goodness, yum.
French Canadian! Yum!!! The perfect sauce for winter when it’s cold outside.
Parisian! Love aoli. Mmm.
How can you just pick one!
Belgian – for when you really want to indulge!
Indian – is perfect for anytime and tastes amazing with a mini burger on the side.
French Canadian – for after those late nights out when your on your way home and want something delicious for your nightrider trip!
Now I am craving all three sauces… wonder if they would taste good all together :S
It is so convenient, just stop to buy and continue to the trip.
I am obsessed with the Parisian. Mon dieu!
I go for Belgian!!! Yummy!!!
I used to love the French Canadian, but lately I like the African…so weird but so good!!!
French Canadian for a cold day like today.
Has to be African, ketchup and mayo + onions. Incredible combination.
Parisian is a close second.
Parisian, please! (I see we can enter more than once.)
My fave sauce combo would have to be French Canadian (with vegan cheese) on my fries and some nuggets with Thai peanutty goodness on the side.
Ohhh… now my mouth’s watering…
Aaaaaaaaaaand getting my numbers up. Parisian!
Today I feel like the Asian sauce.
Just had parisian again last night. So good!!
French Canadian is the best too.
For my last entry I’ll go with American sauce smothered all over my fries.
