Intro: Summery suited breakfast by the bay

Details: 280 Bay Street Port Melbourne Victoria 3207, 03 9645 6584

Surroundings: Dimly lit restaurant for evening dining with a cafe charm by day. Alfresco area

Liquid consumption: Di Bella Coffee- flat white. This was made by a skilled barrista- just enough creamy, slightly thickened velvety froth and was not burnt. Nearly finished the cup before the dish arrived.

Main: Sailors Breakfast-French Toast, Tomato Sugo, Poached Eggs and Spinach. Each cut into the piece of french toast teaming up with  freshly cut Parmesan cheese, the juices of the lightly salted silken spinach and tomato sugo was enough to get me asking for seconds. Surprisingly, the french toast somehow stayed crispy despite it being toppled over with the spinach and egg yolk.

Dessert: nil

Bring a date here? Yes
